They will take your payment details, inform us whether the transaction was successful and confirm your contact details, the order number and the amount paid. The information we collect is used to enable us to fulfil our contract with you and to contact you should we have any queries regarding your order. It also enables you to review past orders and re-order based on previous preferences. We may use your email address to contact you occasionally with details of our services, products and special offers. On receipt of this instruction we will immediately close your account and delete all personal data associated with your account. However, where you have an active subscription or an incomplete order or where there is a payment outstanding, we will defer the deletion of your account until all transactions are complete. We may also defer deletion of your data if we are legally obliged to hold your data for any reason.

2. Visitors To Our Websites
