Dogs Delight Delivery Policy

Our grain-free dog food is delivered within 2-3 days to mainland UK (excluding public and Bank Holidays). Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland may take longer.

Our treats and biscuits are delivered separately from dog food orders and will be delivered within 2-3 days (delivery to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland may take 5-7 days).

Times and dates given for delivery by us are an estimate only and no liability will be accepted for any loss or damage caused through late delivery or non-delivery.
If our courier has attempted to deliver you parcel and your parcel has then been returned to us, we are unfortunately unable to re-send your parcel free of charge.

In the case where your original order was sent free of charge, you will also incur delivery charges to have your parcel re-sent.

Postal charges must be paid in advance by the customer before a returned order can be sent.
